When placing an order with That Stir Fry Express you agree that:
For delivery orders, you must provide a valid delivery address within That Stir Fry Express's service area. For pickup orders, you are responsible for collecting your order at the agreed time. Advance/scheduled orders are subject to That Stir Fry Express's available time slots.
Payment is made through the methods enabled by That Stir Fry Express. Where cash on delivery or card on delivery is offered, payment is due upon receipt of the order. For online payments, your payment is processed securely by the chosen payment provider.
Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins. Once That Stir Fry Express has started preparing your order, cancellation may not be possible. Refunds, where applicable, are issued at the sole discretion of That Stir Fry Express in line with applicable law.
You agree not to abuse the ordering system, provide false information, or act in a way that disrupts That Stir Fry Express's service or staff.
That Stir Fry Express is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the online menu. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
That Stir Fry Express may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the online menu after changes constitutes acceptance.
